Our multiple rental spaces offer several thousand square feet of office, business premises, mechanical workshop and storage space. They are located mostly in Chicoutimi’s industrial park, near Highway 70 and Road 175 (Parc des Laurentides).

Residential development

Our residential development, located on Hauts Jardins street in Chicoutimi, offers a variety of residential lands available for the construction of single-family and twin houses.

Our lots are located in a family oriented and quiet area, near downtown Chicoutimi and the old port. They provide wide residential spaces, many of them with a view over the Saguenay River and no rear neighbours.
